電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜線路(lu)常見的(de)故(gu)障(zhang)有機械損傷、絕(jue)緣損傷、絕(jue)緣受(shou)潮、絕(jue)緣老化變(bian)質(zhi)、過電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜過熱故(gu)障(zhang)等。當線路(lu)發生上述故(gu)障(zhang)時,應切斷故(gu)障(zhang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,尋找故(gu)障(zhang)點,對故(gu)障(zhang)進(jin)行檢查(cha)及分析,然(ran)后進(jin)行修(xiu)理和(he)試驗(yan),該割(ge)除的(de)割(ge)除,待故(gu)障(zhang)消除后,方可恢復供電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
電纜故(gu)障(zhang)zui直接的原因是(shi)絕緣降(jiang)低而被擊穿.
主(zhu)要有:
a、超(chao)負(fu)荷(he)運行.長(chang)期(qi)超(chao)負(fu)荷(he)運行,將使電纜溫(wen)度升高,絕緣(yuan)老(lao)化,以(yi)致擊穿絕緣(yuan),降(jiang)低施工(gong)質量.
b、電(dian)氣(qi)方面有:電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)頭(tou)施(shi)工工藝達不到(dao)要求,電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)頭(tou)密封性(xing)差,潮氣(qi)侵入電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)內(nei)部,電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)絕緣性(xing)能(neng)下降;敷設(she)電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)時(shi)未能(neng)采取保護措(cuo)施(shi),保護層遭破(po)壞,絕緣降低(di).
c、土(tu)建方面(mian)有:工井(jing)管溝排水不(bu)暢,電纜長(chang)期被水浸泡,損害(hai)絕緣強(qiang)度;工井(jing)太小,電纜彎曲半徑不(bu)夠,長(chang)期受(shou)擠壓(ya)外力破壞.主要(yao)是(shi)市政施工中機械野蠻施工,挖傷挖斷(duan)電纜.
d、腐(fu)蝕(shi).保護(hu)層(ceng)(ceng)長期(qi)遭(zao)受化學腐(fu)蝕(shi)或電纜腐(fu)蝕(shi),致使保護(hu)層(ceng)(ceng)失效,絕緣(yuan)降低.
e、電(dian)纜本身或(huo)是電(dian)纜頭(tou)附件質量差,電(dian)纜頭(tou)密封性差,絕緣膠溶(rong)解(jie),開裂(lie),導(dao)致站出現(xian)的(de)諧振(zhen)現(xian)象(xiang)為線路(lu)斷線故障使線路(lu)相(xiang)間電(dian)容及對地(di)電(dian)容與配電(dian)變(bian)壓器勵磁電(dian)感(gan)構成諧振(zhen)回路(lu),從而(er)激發鐵(tie)磁諧振(zhen).
斷線故障引起(qi)諧振的危害
斷線(xian)(xian)諧振在(zai)嚴重情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia)(xia),高頻與基頻諧振疊加(jia),能(neng)(neng)使過壓(ya)(ya)(ya)幅值(zhi)達到相電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)[P]的(de)2.5倍,可能(neng)(neng)導(dao)致系統中性點位移,繞組及導(dao)線(xian)(xian)出現過壓(ya)(ya)(ya),嚴重時可使絕緣閃絡,避雷(lei)器(qi)爆炸(zha),電氣設備(bei)損壞(huai).在(zai)某(mou)些情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia)(xia),負載變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)相序可能(neng)(neng)反轉,還可能(neng)(neng)將(jiang)過電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)傳遞(di)到變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側,造成(cheng)危害(hai).
