制(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)的(de)(de)安(an)全措施(shi):為保(bao)(bao)證控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)在發生絕緣擊(ji)穿(chuan)、機(ji)械損(sun)傷或(huo)著火時,減(jian)少(shao)波及的(de)(de)范圍(wei),國家標準(zhun)GB50217-91《電(dian)力工程電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)設(she)計規(gui)范》規(gui)定:雙重化保(bao)(bao)護的(de)(de)電(dian)流、電(dian)壓以及直流電(dian)源(yuan)和跳閘控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)回路等需(xu)要增強可靠性的(de)(de)兩套系統,應采用(yong)各自獨立的(de)(de)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)。
控制電纜投入(ru)運行后,同(tong)一電纜的不(bu)同(tong)線芯之(zhi)(zhi)間,緊鄰平行敷設的電纜之(zhi)(zhi)間都存在電氣(qi)干(gan)擾的問(wen)題,引起電氣(qi)干(gan)擾的主(zhu)要原因有:
(1)由于(yu)外施電(dian)壓在線芯間(jian)電(dian)容耦合的作用下(xia)產生的靜電(dian)干(gan)擾;
(2)由(you)于通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁感應干(gan)擾。總的(de)(de)(de)來(lai)講,當鄰(lin)近存在(zai)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、大電(dian)(dian)(dian)流干(gan)擾源時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣干(gan)擾更嚴(yan)重(zhong),由(you)于同一電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)(de)線(xian)芯之間的(de)(de)(de)距離較(jiao)小,其(qi)干(gan)擾程度(du)也遠大于平行敷設的(de)(de)(de)緊鄰(lin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)。例(li)如(ru)某超高(gao)壓(ya)變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)所(suo)分相(xiang)操(cao)作斷路(lu)器的(de)(de)(de)控(kong)制回路(lu),三相(xiang)合(he)用(yong)一根電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan),曾(ceng)發生過這(zhe)樣事故,由(you)分相(xiang)操(cao)作的(de)(de)(de)脈沖(chong)使(shi)其(qi)它相(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)晶(jing)閘管觸發,誤導致(zhi)三相(xiang)聯動,以后改用(yong)分別獨立的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan),就未再(zai)發生誤動事故。又如(ru)某電(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)的(de)(de)(de)計(ji)算(suan)機監測系統,由(you)于將模擬量(liang)低電(dian)(dian)(dian)平的(de)(de)(de)信(xin)(xin)號線(xian)與變(bian)送器的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源線(xian)合(he)用(yong)一根四芯電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan),曾(ceng)引起在(zai)信(xin)(xin)號線(xian)產生70V的(de)(de)(de)干(gan)擾電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),這(zhe)對以毫伏計(ji)的(de)(de)(de)低電(dian)(dian)(dian)平信(xin)(xin)號回路(lu),顯然會影響正常工作。
防止或減輕電氣干擾的措(cuo)施(shi),主要有以下三個方面。
1、控制電纜的(de)一(yi)個(ge)備用芯接地
實(shi)踐證明,控制電纜(lan)中(zhong)一個備用芯接地時(shi),干擾電壓(ya)的(de)幅值可降低到25%~50%,且實(shi)施簡便,而對電纜(lan)的(de)造價增(zeng)加甚(shen)微。
2、對電(dian)氣干擾時會發生嚴重后果(guo)的電(dian)路,不合用一(yi)根控制電(dian)纜
其中包(bao)括:(1)弱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)信號(hao)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)回路(lu)與強(qiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)信號(hao)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)回路(lu);(2)低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平信號(hao)與高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平信號(hao)的(de)回路(lu);(3)交流(liu)斷路(lu)器分相(xiang)操作的(de)各相(xiang)弱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)回路(lu),都不應(ying)使用(yong)同(tong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)根(gen)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜。但對(dui)(dui)弱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)回路(lu)的(de)每一(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)(dui)往(wang)(wang)返(fan)導線(xian)如分屬于不是(shi)同(tong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)根(gen)的(de)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜,在敷設時有可(ke)能(neng)形成環狀布置(zhi),在相(xiang)近電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁線(xian)交鏈下(xia)會感生電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)勢,其數值可(ke)能(neng)對(dui)(dui)弱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)回路(lu)低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平的(de)參數干擾影響較大,因此(ci)對(dui)(dui)往(wang)(wang)返(fan)導線(xian)仍應(ying)合用(yong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)根(gen)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜為宜(yi)。
3、金屬屏蔽與屏蔽層(ceng)接地
金屬屏(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)是減(jian)弱和(he)防止電(dian)氣干(gan)(gan)擾(rao)的(de)重要(yao)措施,包括對(dui)線芯的(de)總(zong)(zong)屏(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)、分屏(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)和(he)雙層式總(zong)(zong)屏(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)等。控制電(dian)纜(lan)金屬屏(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)型式的(de)選擇,應按可(ke)能產(chan)生的(de)電(dian)氣干(gan)(gan)擾(rao)影(ying)響的(de)強弱,計入綜合抑制干(gan)(gan)擾(rao)的(de)措施,以滿(man)足降低干(gan)(gan)擾(rao)和(he)過電(dian)壓的(de)要(yao)求。對(dui)防干(gan)(gan)擾(rao)效(xiao)果的(de)要(yao)求越(yue)高,則相(xiang)應的(de)投資也越(yue)大,當(dang)采用鋼(gang)帶鎧裝、鋼(gang)絲(si)編織總(zong)(zong)屏(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)時,電(dian)纜(lan)的(de)價格約(yue)增加(jia)10%~20%。
強電(dian)(dian)(dian)回(hui)(hui)路(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)的控(kong)制(zhi)干(gan)擾(rao)(rao),由于(yu)其本身的信號較強,因此除(chu)了位于(yu)超高壓(ya)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)置或(huo)與高壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)緊(jin)鄰平行較長外,均可(ke)選用(yong)(yong)不帶金(jin)屬屏蔽(bi)的控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)。弱(ruo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)信號控(kong)制(zhi)回(hui)(hui)路(lu)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)的控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan),當位于(yu)存在干(gan)擾(rao)(rao)影響的環境,又(you)不具備有效的抗干(gan)擾(rao)(rao)措(cuo)施(shi)時,宜選用(yong)(yong)帶金(jin)屬屏蔽(bi)的控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan),以防止(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣干(gan)擾(rao)(rao)會(hui)對低(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)平信號回(hui)(hui)路(lu)產生誤動作(zuo)或(huo)使(shi)(shi)絕緣(yuan)擊穿等影響。弱(ruo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)回(hui)(hui)路(lu)的控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)如果能(neng)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)拉開(kai)足(zu)夠的距離(li),或(huo)敷設在鋼管中(zhong)(zhong)時,可(ke)能(neng)會(hui)使(shi)(shi)外部的電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣干(gan)擾(rao)(rao)降低(di)(di)到允許的限(xian)度。
對計算機監測系統信號(hao)回路的控制電纜,其屏蔽型式選(xuan)擇的原則是:
(1)開(kai)關量信號,可用總屏(ping)蔽;
(2)高電平模擬信號(hao),宜用(yong)對線芯(xin)的(de)總(zong)屏蔽(bi),必要時也可用(yong)對線芯(xin)的(de)分(fen)屏蔽(bi);
(3)低電(dian)平模擬信號或(huo)脈沖(chong)量信號,宜用(yong)對線芯的(de)分屏蔽(bi),必要(yao)時也可用(yong)含對線芯分屏蔽(bi)的(de)復合(he)總(zong)屏蔽(bi)。
關于(yu)屏蔽層的接地方式(shi),應(ying)注意做到以下(xia)幾(ji)點:
(1)計(ji)算(suan)機臨控(kong)系統的模(mo)擬(ni)信(xin)號回路的控(kong)制電(dian)纜屏(ping)蔽層(ceng),宜用(yong)集中(zhong)式一(yi)點接地。其(qi)原因基于(yu)保證計(ji)算(suan)機監(jian)控(kong)系統正(zheng)常工作的要求(qiu),因為即使僅1V左右(you)的干擾電(dian)壓,也可(ke)能引起邏輯判斷的謬誤,集中(zhong)一(yi)點接地可(ke)避免出(chu)現接地環(huan)流;
(2)除(chu)計算(suan)機監控系統的(de)控制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)纜屏蔽層只(zhi)允許集中一點接地的(de)情況外,其它的(de)控制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)纜屏蔽層,當電(dian)(dian)磁感應干擾較(jiao)大(da)時,宜采用(yong)兩點接地,而靜電(dian)(dian)感應的(de)干擾較(jiao)大(da)時,則采用(yong)一點接地;
(3)雙重屏(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)(bi)或復合總(zong)屏(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)(bi)的內屏(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)(bi)層宜(yi)用一點接地,而外屏(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)(bi)層可以兩點接地;
(4)選擇兩點接地時還應考慮在暫態電(dian)流的作用(yong)下,屏蔽層不會(hui)被(bei)燒毀。
控制(zhi)電纜技(ji)術參數(shu)
額定電壓:U0/U為(wei)450/750V。
導(dao)體線芯長期工作溫(wen)度為70℃、95℃兩種(zhong),電纜敷設溫(wen)度不低于0℃。
電纜的推薦(jian)允許彎(wan)曲半徑如下:
無鎧裝(zhuang)電(dian)纜(lan),應不(bu)低于電(dian)纜(lan)外徑的6倍;
鎧裝或銅帶(dai)屏蔽電(dian)纜,應不低于電(dian)纜外徑的(de)12倍;
屏蔽軟電纜,不低于電纜外徑的6倍。
